Features a v neckline and a plunging, dramatic v back line with long chord straps that can be tied as a halter dress at the neck, crisscrossed through the back, wrapped around the waist as a belt before tying the chord straps off at the waist. The straps have a bohemian tassel at the end to provide just the perfect touch of belt detail. This dress gives a nice synched waist line and is flowy through the hips and the skirt.
